Summary
This article provides information about how to request a late submission/resubmission ('SDR Stop Gate request') after the SDR deadline has passed.
Late submissions/resubmissions of SDRs are not accepted unless we have approved the resubmission, which we will do only in exceptional circumstances (ie, genuinely unforeseeable circumstances that you could not have proactively managed).
Can we make a late submission/resubmission after the SDR deadline?
If you are having problems submitting your SDR data and anticipate you may need to make a late submission, or if you wish to resubmit your SDR after the deadline (eg, to correct errors):
1. Contact us as soon as possible by calling 0800 601 301 or emailing customerservice@tec.govt.nz.
2. We will then send you an SDR late/resubmission request (Stop Gate request) form to complete and submit.
3. Complete the form, and
4. Submit your SDR so that it has the status of 'Processed' (with zero errors), then
5. Send the completed form to customerservice@tec.govt.nz with the subject line '[EDUMIS #] - SDR Stop Gate request'.
6. Your request will be forwarded to the Customer Contact Team Manager to consider for approval.
- If your request is approved, we will advise you of the due date and lift the Stop Gate, allowing you to submit your processed SDR.
- If your request is declined, we will advise you of the reason for that decision.
Notes:
Any amendment to a previously submitted SDR may have an impact on future funding and performance monitoring.
If the data from an SDR has been published in a report (such as statistical reporting), the published data cannot be altered.
