This article explains how to navigate the TEC Knowledge Base when you are searching for information to answer your questions.
The landing page
The link TEC Knowledge Base takes you to the landing page shown below.
To navigate back to this landing page at any time, click on Knowledge Base (after Home on the left side of the page, or on the top right of the page).
To navigate around the topics, categories and articles
1. On the landing page (below), select the topic you want to view. In this example, we've selected Single Data Return (SDR).
2. A list of related categories will appear. Select a category to view the articles in that category.
3. A list of articles will appear. To open, click on the title.
4. To go back to the previous page, click the back arrow.
5. To return to the landing page, click on Knowledge Base (after Home on the left side of the page, or on the top right of the page).
6. You can also find relevant articles by entering key word/s into the Search bar.
